i-blueCulture was presented at the BlueMed PLUS International Conference on the Accessibility of Underwater Cultural Heritage.
The hybrid event took place on June 16th, 2022, at the Domotel Xenia Hotel in Volos, and was organized as a European Maritime In My Country Event by the Region of Thessaly within the framework of the European BlueMed PLUS project.

Angelos Maglis, from Skopelos Diving Center, made a presentation entitled: “The challenges for the establishment and sustainable operation of Accessible underwater Cultural heritage sites: the case of Northern Sporades islands in Greece”. In the context of his speech, he had the opportunity to present the objectives and goals of i-blueCulture, as a good practice of virtual diving for all and of wide access to underwater cultural heritage.
